30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

To ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.


Myself and my payment processor, Stripe.com, will submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 5-10 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at photo@lancemcfee.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
